With more than 30 years in the pest control business serving Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia and DC, we are seeking a full-time driven, self-motivated Pest Control Technician with a clean driving record. The ideal candidate will possess a valid Maryland driver’s license, have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and have a customer-friendly, solution-driven personality. High school diploma or GED and ability to communicate in English required. We offer ongoing training and no industry experience is required. Hours of work are Monday through Friday first shift schedule. The Scientific Insect Control culture supports strong, self-reliant individuals within our cohesive team environment. Operations Manager

Scientific Insect Control is revolutionizing pest control with one simple concept — we solve customer problems. With more than 30 years in the pest control business serving Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia and DC, we are seeking a full-time driven, self-motivated Operations Manager.
The ideal candidate will possess the following requirements:
– Oversee the procurement and stocking of adequate supplies to support technicians and their treatments.- The Maintenance of fleet to support operations safely.

– Produce a schedule for regularly scheduled fleet maintenance and extra services.

– Ensure Scientific Insect Control meets and/or exceeds customer requirements in the treatment and response to pest pressures at their properties.

– Timely response to requests for extra service proposals

– Oversee internal/field operations (including but not limited to): billing, supplies, customer requests.

– Development of staff to support continued growth of the company.

– Perform field inspections and insure company policies are followed.

– Conduct after action review of previous day’s activities to ensure company policies are followed, customer satisfaction remains high and technicians are equipped to perform their duties in an exceptional fashion.

– Support and maintain a company culture that rewards exceptional performance and encourages continued growth and development of personnel and a sense of camaraderie among technicians.

– Oversee/Review billing to maintain accuracy.

– Respond to customer concerns, be it face to face or through other forms of communication, to promote goodwill and increase customer satisfaction.
